I cannot tell you how many times I have heard a student say, “I’m sorry. I won’t do that again.” I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard the same student repeat that line when they did it again. At the same time, every so often a student apologizes from the heart and they change. There is nothing more rewarding for me as a teacher to find someone who used to get into trouble deciding that they need to do things right.

I cannot tell you how many times I’ve told God that I was sorry for my sin. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve told Him I was sorry for the same sin again and again.
